By registering as a member of My Shopping Rewards you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Membership of My Shopping Rewards and termination of accounts

Only one account per person is allowed.

Membership of My Shopping Rewards is for UK residents only.

Any member found to be making multiple or fraudulent applications to retailers in order to earn cashback may have their accounts suspended and investigated further. In proven cases of fraud the account will be terminated and any owed monies will be forfeited.

In the event that a member’s account shows no signs of transactions for a period exceeding 12 months we will consider the account dormant. The account will then be cancelled and any owed monies will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to refuse membership to any person or persons at any time without explanation. We also reserve the right to terminate a member’s account without notice if they are found to have broken any of the rules within this agreement.


2. Payments

All transactions made from the My Shopping Rewards website are not with My Shopping Rewards, but with the individual retailer.

Cashback will only be earned on completed transactions that originate from the My Shopping Rewards website.

Cookies are required to be enabled on the user’s computer in order for a purchase to be tracked and recognisable as originating from My Shopping Rewards.

Cancelled, refunded or fraudulant transactions will not earn cashback and will be removed from users accounts.

Some retailers may require the user to complete additional actions before the user qualifies for cashback. For example, some casinos require the user to make an initial deposit before the cashback is awarded. Please read the terms & conditions for each retailer. My Shopping Rewards cannot be held responsible if a retailer does not pay cashback due to the user not completing the stated actions.

Your My Shopping Rewards account will only be credited once the retailer has confirmed the transaction and we have received payment. This may take up to 60 days in some cases.

All purchases are tracked by the individual retailers. We will do our best to ensure that retailers tracking is as accurate as possible, but we cannot be held responsible should the retailer’s tracking system fail to report your sale.

The retailer’s decision is final.

Should a retailer fail to make payment or cease trading we will make every effort to recover monies owed, however we cannot guarantee payment unless funds have been received by My Shopping Rewards from the retailer.

My Shopping Rewards reserves the right to reclaim funds from a member's account should a retailer fail to make payment.

The £3.50 signup bonus will be automatically credited to a member's account upon completion of the signup process. This bonus will only be paid once per member.

Members are paid monies owed (inclusive of £3.50 signup bonus) by cheque on the first working day of each month subject to their account balance exceeding £20 in CONFIRMED commission.

For accounts under this amount monies will be carried over to the next month. Please allow up to 7 days for the delivery of payment.


3. Limitations on our liability

Any decision made to purchase goods or services from a retailer on the My Shopping Rewards website is the sole responsibility of the user.

Users should read each individual retailer’s terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Payments are made directly to the merchant and any issues regarding cancellations or refunds are between the user and the retailer. We accept no responsibility for disputes between users and retailers.

The amount of cashback paid by the retailer is subject to change at any time and My Shopping Rewards cannot guarantee that the amount the member receives will always match that that is displayed. In most cases a higher percentage will be paid due to current retailer promotions.

All offers displayed on the My Shopping Rewards website are subject to change without notice.

4. Modification of terms & conditions

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions held within this agreement at anytime by posting a revised agreement on the My Shopping Rewards website.
